Lauren Gurley

As a Manager in the Portfolio Resource Group, Lauren works with portfolio company management teams to develop and execute organic and add-on acquisition growth initiatives as well as operational improvements. Lauren's previous roles include positions with Pharos Capital Group, where she focused on deal execution and portfolio company value creation in middle-market private equity, and MHT Partners, where she focused on mergers and acquisitions across a variety of sectors including education, healthcare, and professional services.

Lauren graduated magna cum laude from Southern Methodist University, where she received a B.B.A. in Finance with a specialization in Alternative Asset Management and a minor in Chemistry. In addition, she earned her designation as a Chartered Financial Analyst.
