Jordan Martin

As Head of Capital Markets, Jordan leads all debt financing activity across the firm’s investment lifecycle. She partners with investment teams and portfolio company leadership to structure and execute financings that support platform investments, add-on acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives, as well as providing ongoing support and capital structure optimization across the portfolio. She serves as the firm’s primary liaison to lenders, advisory firms and capital providers.

Jordan joined Trinity Hunt in 2024, following her role as Corporate Development Lead at Momentum, where she led the execution and integration of multiple acquisitions across the digital marketing, analytics, and technology sectors. Prior to Momentum, she began her career in PwC’s Deals practice, advising Fortune 500 clients on valuation and financial modeling.

Jordan holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business.
