Jazary Olvera

As a Director of Finance & Development on the Value Creation Team, Jazary helps portfolio company management teams develop and execute strategic growth plans including supporting M&A activity and other operational improvements. Jazary’s previous roles include Caliber Holdings, where she served as Chief of Staff and developed deep operational experience working closely with executive leadership on strategic priorities, as well as CenterGate Capital and Rubicon Technology Partners, private equity firms where she focused on deal execution and portfolio company value creation in middle-market private equity. She began her career at Bank of America, where she worked on the Leveraged Finance team.

Jazary received her B.A. in Business Administration from UC Berkeley, where she graduated with High Honors, and her MBA from Harvard Business School.
