Chidera Eneh

As a Senior Recruiter of Talent Acquisition, in the Portfolio Resource Group, Dera contributes to the process management of end-to-end searches for Trinity Hunt's portfolio company management teams. With a background in strategic sourcing and executive recruitment, she excels in streamlining search processes, optimizing workflows, and enhancing candidate experiences. Prior to joining Trinity Hunt in 2023, Chidera held a role as a Sourcing Recruiter at McKinsey & Company, where she collaborated with senior recruiters and hiring managers, leading talent sourcing campaigns across Europe, North, and South America.

Prior to McKinsey, she served as an Associate on Bain & Company's Global Leadership Recruiting team, focusing on hiring at the leadership level, including Partner and Global Functional Leadership roles.

Chidera graduated from Sam Houston State University with a B.S. in Criminal Justice with a minor in Theatre Arts.
