DMX provides services to more than 180,000 business locations via satellite, DVD and streaming cable, making it a leading global provider of music and entertainment subscription services to business.
Working closely with DMX’s experienced management team, Trinity Hunt embarked on a strategy to enhance the Company’s overall performance. Trinity Hunt and management reduced customer churn, introduced new services, consolidated facilities, reduced capital expenditures through a third-party leasing program and divested certain non-core operations. The implementation of these initiatives ultimately allowed Trinity Hunt to achieve a successful exit.
