Trinity Hunt Partners Announces Acquisition of Veracity Research Company

Trinity Hunt Partners, a growth-oriented middle market private equity firm, today announced its acquisition of Veracity Research Company, a full-service provider of outsourced investigative services, based in Denton, Texas. Veracity Research Company (“VRC”) was co-founded in 1995 by Marcus Doyle, CEO, and Lance Foster, President, and services a range of blue-chip insurance carriers, third party administrators, and self-insured corporate clients. Trinity Hunt is partnering with Doyle and Foster, who will remain significant shareholders of VRC, to recapitalize the business and accelerate its growth trajectory.
