- Our investment criteria are built upon the following guidelines:
- Entrepreneurial and family-owned companies located primarily in the Southwest, Southeast and lower Midwest regions of the United States
- $3 million to $15 million of EBITDA
- Industries of interest include Industrial Products and Services, Business Services and Healthcare Services
- Majority or minority investments
- Representative structures include Management buyouts, Recapitalizations, Buy-and-builds and Corporate divestitures
