Typically, we seek CEOs who have a demonstrated track record of success in managing a business or division of meaningful scale. In addition to general management experience, ideal candidates will also possess acquisition, integration and balance sheet management experience.

Through our partnership, Trinity Hunt will support its CEOs with our extensive capital resources, access to deal flow and expertise in growing businesses. We offer generous equity incentives and performance-based compensation to those CEOs with whom we partner. Intermediaries

Trinity Hunt provides prompt and professional feedback to investment opportunities. Since the firm pursues only a limited number of investments each year, Trinity Hunt is able to execute transactions on a timely basis and to structure flexible solutions tailored to the particular needs of the seller. Trinity Hunt pays referral fees to intermediaries upon the consummation of a transaction. We welcome your inquiries.
